Hi, my name is Marc Vitorillo and I am the Broker/Owner of CondoLeaf.com, a boutique real estate brokerage firm specializing in the sale and purchase of condominiums, townhomes and lofts in the Tampa Bay area. I am also the Broker/Owner of Schaaf & Vitorillo Realty providing a full range of residential and commercial brokerage services including single-family homes, vacant land and new development. I am currently e-PRO designated and a candidate for the CCIM designation, a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. National Exposure: I have just been featured on HGTV’s “My House is Worth What?” television show as a Tampa Bay Real Estate Expert. How did the executive producer find me? Internet. But once they narrowed it down to ten Realtors, a video had to be submitted because it is the only way to really get to know both the Sellers and the Real Estate Professionals. My episode is aired month to month. In the meantime, you can watch me “Live” on my very own television show brought to you by helloWorld (which cost pennies to the dollar).
Local Exposure: In the Tampa Bay community, I am a Board of Director of the Philippine-American Chamber of Commerce. I am also a member of the Emerge Tampa of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. Furthermore, I am one of the founding members of the International Business Summit where nine local Chambers of Commerce are working together as one (British American Business Council, Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay, Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay, Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, French American Business Council of West Florida, Indo-US Chamber of Commerce, Philippine American Chamber of Commerce and Tampa Bay Hispanic Chamber of Commerce).
Education: I am a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa with a business degree in Management Information Systems. I began my career as a Network Engineer for 6 years with IBM Global Networks and ATT Global Networks; managing and analyzing major companies’ network infrastructure globally. I believe that it all comes down to really listening to the clients needs and then doing everything in my power to provide a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to accomplish them.
Family: I am happily married to a wonderful person, Sharon, who is a Registered Nurse. I have lived in Tampa since 1996; Florida since 1983. I was born in the Philippines and moved here when I was ten. I just want to emphasize that the United States is the “land of opportunity.” The freedom to do whatever you want, when you want, BUT only if you take action of your dreams. We are hoping to start a family soon. In the meantime, we have enjoyed traveling across the U.S. In the last 12 months, we have gone to Oregon, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Chicago and Los Angeles for week trips. Coming up in 3 months, we’ll be traveling to Asia for a 3-week visit.
